Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

We offer a 100% refund if you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your payment.

  • Refunds will only be issued if requested within 7 calendar days of the transaction.
  • After 7 days, we will not be able to process any refund.
  • Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your Sales Yatra subscription:

  • Please raise a cancellation request via email at care@getsalesyatra.com. of the transaction.
  • Your account data will remain available for 30 days post-cancellation.
  • After 30 days, all your data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
  • Note: Cancellations made after the 7-day refund window will not be eligible for refunds.
